From Montevideo: 9.3 miles north on Highway 29, 3 miles west on Highway 40, 3.5 miles north on Big Bend Road (90th Ave NW), 1/4 mile west, 1/2 mile south on Chippewa-Swift St NW (120th St SW), continue 1 mile west. Watch for auction signs.

Auctioneer’s Comments: This land has been treasured by the Molde Family for over a century. Kent’s Grandfather, Ingvold Molde, purchased the farm in 1903. His father started farming the acreage in 1929, purchasing it in the 1940s. Kent grew up on the nearby farmstead and purchased this land from his parents in 1974. Now, the time has come for another area farmer or investor to have the chance to call this land their own. Here is your opportunity to add tillable acres to your farming operation.
