From I-94 Clearwater Exit, NE on State Hwy 24, two miles to Co Hwy 8, NW 1/4 mile. Parcel 1 & 3 all east of County Hwy 8. Parcel 2 is 3/4 mile NW of 90th St. SE on County Hwy. 8 on both sides of road. Watch for auctions signs.
From St. Cloud, SE ten miles on County Hwy 8. Watch for auction signs.

AUCTIONEER’S COMMENT:
Folks, this is your exciting opportunity to add acres to your farming operation or investment portfolio. We are offering a total of 341.68+/- surveyed acres. You will have the chance to bid on any or all of these parcels. Irrigation equipment located on the parcels at the time of the sale will be included with the land, except traveling irrigation guns. (Copy of Irrigation Equipment and Wells List is included on the documents tab and in the buyer’s packet.) Parcel 3 will be sold with irrigation well rights and is subject to the buyer entering into a well agreement with the adjacent land owner upon which the well is located. The buyer of this parcel will be required to purchase the irrigation motor and pump for $5,000. (Well Agreement available on the documents tab.)
